Shipping

For South African Customers only, we have the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery –
All orders that require Standard Delivery will be dispatched the next working day and will be delivered within 2 – 3 working days. Standard Delivery is charged between 50 – 80 rand depending on the location of the delivery. Please note that outlying areas may require a further working day for delivery.

Next Day Delivery –
All orders received that require a next day delivery must be placed before 11 pm Monday to Friday and will be dispatched the same day for an overnight delivery option (excluding weekends and public holidays). At a cost of 100 rand.

Rules and Restrictions

All orders received by 11pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, for the next day delivery option and the following day for standard delivery. Any orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given, however we will not be liable for no delivery or mis – delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

Please note that we are unable to process orders to a P.O. Box Address.

Returns

We will happily replace items that are defective or damaged on delivery. Please note that damages need to be reported within 10 days of receipt of the order or issue credit for, any goods which are defective owing to a Truefitt and Hill error e.g. product damage, faulty texture or fragrance, wrong product shipped.

We will then send you a replacement order free of delivery charge – provided that the goods are returned in their original condition.

Please note that for hygiene purposes, any toiletry item that had been opened or used for any reason may not be returned unless faulty. This policy is only applicable to purchases made at www.truefittandhill.co.za . If your purchase was not made at www.truefittandhill.co.za please contact the relevant outlet directly.
